Organizational and methodological basis of systematic, integrative and personal and action approaches

In the article attention is paid to the process dealing with the system, personal and action and integrative approaches as an organizational framework allowing to develop the mechanism of formation of psychological and pedagogical readiness of military specialists for professional activity in the postgraduate period.
