The article considers the forms and methods of education management, pedagogical requirements to the professional culture of a teacher, providing optimal realization of the principles of personality-centered approach. The author discusses resources and advantages of the personality-centered approach implementation in the private school, in particular, such as a "nondirective" creative teacher able to create a favourable psychological microclimate, as well as quantitative composition of the education community.
