Using the process-procedure approach we investigate the teachers' training activity to do research while working at the thesis. We suggest to implement into practice the pedagogical technologies of medical postgraduates' training oriented to research competence development. The administrative-pedagogical supportive mechanism developed at Samara State Medical University includes the author's methodic facilities for a special course of class activities, contributing to the scientific work quality improvement and speeding the process of the teacher's adaptation.
