The article is devoted to the study of organizational and pedagogical conditions that promote the formation of professional competence of fitness trainers in the process of corporate training. The key aspects of educational process design are considered, including the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, adaptation of training programs to the specifics of professional activity of fitness trainers. The proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions will optimize the educational environment aimed at improving the professional training of coaches and their readiness to perform professional functions in the dynamically developing sphere of fitness industry. The results of the study can be used to improve corporate training programs and develop new approaches to the professional training of trainers.
