Organizational and pedagogical conditions of forming professional ethics of teachers of preschool educational organization

The article describes the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional ethics of teachers of pre-school educational organizations. The experiment convincingly proved that the process of formation of professional ethics of teachers of preschool educational organizations will proceed effectively under the following conditions: the development and implementation of a program to improve the professional competence of teachers; introduction of the ethical code of the teacher of preschool educational organization; an individual self-development program for a teacher of a preschool educational organization.
