Organizational and pedagogical development conditions of the internal corporate training system of general educational organization teachers

The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. Supporting the continuous professional development of teachers becomes one of the key functions of a general educational organization. However, such development relies on various ways of formal and non-formal advanced training. Their combination allows building a system of internal corporate training. The article actualizes the need to ensure the direction of such a system on the development of specific professional needs and values of teachers, which allow them to be actively involved in the implementation of federal projects in the field of education. This provides the possibility of flexible response of the system of internal corporate training to changes in Russian education in terms of achieving the targets of its development. The analysis of scientific literature shows a significant attention of researchers to the implementation of continuous professional development of teaching staff, including within the framework of internal corporate training. There is an interest in substantiating the conditions of its development in general educational organizations. The research is based on methodological ideas that substantiate the possibility of creating a self-learning organization. It is stated that these ideas can be applied to the development of internal corporate training systems in general educational organizations. The main result obtained is associated with the substantiation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of internal corporate training system: popularization of scientific psychological and pedagogical knowledge among teachers, which supports the focus on the solution of specific pedagogical problems; development of teachers' readiness for productive cooperation in team interaction; use of own integrated experience of general educational organization in the teachers' training. Theoretical significance of the research consists in the fact that scientifically substantiated organizational and pedagogical conditions can serve as a basis for the development of the system of internal corporate training in a general educational organization. The scientific novelty can be attributed to the proposal of new approaches to the development of the system of internal corporate training of a general educational organization, based on the popularization of scientific psychological knowledge, productive cooperation and knowledge exchange, the use of their own teaching experience. Practical significance is associated with the possibilities of implementing the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions in enriching the content and designing plans and programs of professional development of teaching staff of general educational organizations. Also, the results can be applied in additional professional education when considering the issues of improving the internal corporate training of employees.
