Organisational and pedagogical conditions of creating an educational environment in a small town

The article formulates the principal pedagogical conditions of organising an educational environment in a small town. The diagnostic data received in the course of an experimental work prove incoherence of educational goals set for subjects to be educated in a small town. It is shown that the coherence of the goals is predominant among other conditions that ensure an efficient impact of a pedagogically organised environment on students' socialisation.
