Organisational and pedagogical conditions of management that ensure the efficiency of the process of professional adaptation among prospective workers in institutions of elementary vocational education are determined. The emphasized set of conditions is instrumental to a learner's successful academic progress and his/her getting insight into the chosen profession, getting accustomed to working and living conditions, leisure, co-workers relations in the institute and at a working place, finding his/her place in a professional activity.
