Organizational and pedagogical conditions for secondary school to join the Mega-class network project of the educational cluster platform

Statement of the problem. The urgency of the problem of organizing secondary school' s educational activities in educational clusters is associated with the lack of a regulatory and educational base for participation in network projects. The necessity for joining becomes apparent with the advent of the concept of teaching the subject area “Technology” in the educational organizations of the Russian Federation, the national technological initiative. The purpose of the articleis justification and presentation of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the secondary school to join the network project of the educational cluster technological platform “Mega-Class” for the formation of engineering and technological competencies among students. The research methodologyconsists of the analysis of the literature on the experience of organizing the educational process in educational clusters, the analysis of the main directions of development for basic general and additional education, laid down by the National Technological Initiative, the analysis of the concept of teaching the subject area “Technology” in educational organizations of the Russian Federation that implements basic educational programs; the analysis of the Concept of the Mega-Class cluster technology platform. Research results. Based on the analysis of the problems of the experimental participation of lyceum No. 1 in network projects on the Mega-Class cluster technology platform, the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the successful entry of the school into the network educational cluster that implements the cooperation of a comprehensive school, university and business are substantiated and described. Conclusion. The developed model will allow creating an innovative educational environment in an educational institution to improve the quality of schoolchildren' s education and the qualifications of teachers in the context of the Concept of Technological Education and the National Technological Initiative. The materials of the article are of interest to the administration and secondary school teachers who want to participate in online educational projects
