The article is devoted to the issues of regional security in the Eurasian space. Based on the analysis of investigative practice and legal literature the organizational and legal aspects of the fight against crime in the Eurasian space are assessed by the author. A special attention is given to the counteraction to such socially dangerous phenomena as corruption, drug business, terrorism and extremism.
