The article reveals the specifics of the organizational and legal aspects of the activities of esports organizations. A retrospective analysis of the formation of esports organizations of various types and forms of ownership is presented. The article describes the activities of domestic companies, current market leaders in the field of esports. The dominant areas of activity of legal entities that operate in the segment of the esports industry are identified. Scenarios for the development of esports organizations in the Russian Federation until 2030 are presented.
