Currently, there is a continuing trend of investment in the construction and maintenance of glamping facilities in Russia, although the growth rate of this activity has decreased. As a result, there is a moderate level of interest in this sector. Government support for entrepreneurial initiatives plays an important role in the growth of glamping facilities. This article explores the current state of the glamping industry, its relevance, and the proposed design solutions and construction scenarios. It also provides statistical data on the number of glamping facilities in different regions of Russia. The author analyzes the target audience, problematic issues, and prospects for the development of glamping in Russia, as well as the specifics of this business and the legal basis for acquiring and using land plots for glamping. The article examines the types of land plots for glamping and the procedure for obtaining a permit for their construction. It also provides economic aspects of glamping construction, factors that influence its profitability, and lists the norms and standards that should be followed when building glamping facilities. Additionally, the article discusses the system of penalties for not including accommodation facilities in the register or for not meeting the required standards.
