Organizational legal and civil legal features of the legal nature of state objects based on territorial planning schemes (on the example national guard of Russia)

The provisions of civil and town planning legislation in the field of territorial planning are analyzed. The relationship between the legal nature of defense and security objects is studied using the example of the Russian Guard. It was established that the objects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia included in the state defense order and passed the state examination, by their legal nature, belong to the objects of defense and security, which should be reflected in the documents of territorial planning.
