The procedural and institutional measures aimed at minimization of the consequences of the uncontrolled migration in the modern conditions

The article deals with the legal aspects of the solutions applied to the problems associated with migration (both internal and external), implementation of which will help to minimize the consequences of the uncontrolled migration. The authors conclude that there is a need to reform the government institutions, regulatory frameworks and public institutions in this sphere.
