Organizational and legal problems of forensic medical examination to determine severity of the harm done to health

The article is devoted to the analysis of paragraph 27 of the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2008 N 194n «About approval of Medical criteria of determination of severity of the harm done to health of the person». The authors conducted a retrospective analysis of the reports of the Department of forensic medical examination of victims, accused and other persons of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination, as well as resolutions and expert conclusions for 2018 -2022 drawn up by the results of the study; proposals to amend Article 195 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation and paragraph 27 of the analyzed Order are substantiated.
