Organizational-structural aspects of realization of administrative culture of the large commercial organization in a transformed Russian society

In article organizational-structural aspects of realization of administrative culture of the Russian large regional commercial organizations are considered. The analysis is spent from positions structurally functional and activity approaches in the conditions of social transformations and taking into account influence of their factors. And the WTO states a critical estimation of existing scientific models and approaches to studying of the given theme.
