The article discusses issues related to the tactics of conducting operational investigative measures aimed at uncovering thefts of vehicles that caused particularly large damage committed by organized groups. Examples of positive investigative practice of operational support for the investigation of criminal cases related to thefts of vehicles that caused damage on a particularly large scale, committed by organized groups, are given.
