Organizational and tactical features of the preparatory stage of the inter-rogation of a minor suspect

The article considers the elements of the preparatory stage of the interrogation of a suspect related to the information and tactical support of this investigative action, as well as the solution of organizational tasks of the interrogation, taking into account the age characteristics of the interrogated person. The author pays special attention to the study of the identity of a minor suspect, the definition of the circle of participants in the interrogation, the place of the interrogation and the choice of tactics used during the interrogation of a minor suspect.
