Organizational and tactical features of the participation of a lawyer during interrogation

Purpose: Development of organizational and tactical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the participation of a lawyer in the interrogation of a client at the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings. Methodology: The method of analysis and formal legal method were used in the article. Results: The tactics of the lawyer's activity in the process of the lawyer's participation in the interrogation of the client during the preliminary investigation were determined. Novelty/originality/value: The article proposes an algorithm of actions necessary for a lawyer to effectively participate in the interrogation of a client, conducted by the official bodies of the preliminary investigation at the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings.
