Organizational-tactical opportunities for increasing the efficiency of evidence-based activity of a lawyer in criminal cases on road traffic accidents in the pre-trial proceedings of the Kyrgyz Republic

This article discusses the tactical possibilities of using the results of computer simulation of the place and mechanism of a road accident in the production of verbal investigative actions, during interrogation of the victim, witnesses, experts and experts by the investigating judge in the order of depositing such evidence, as well as tactical recommendations for the preparation and participation of the lawyer in preliminary hearing at the pre-trial stage of the criminal process of the Kyrgyz Republic.
