Psychological - pedagogical forming conditions of organizational - managering abilities in students of the department «Physical education and sport»

Special abilities of a specialist in physical education and sport have been defined. According to multi-faceted process of forming of organizational- managering abilities (OMA), conditions of their forming have been singled out: an effective educational environment involving the existence of psychological - pedagogical conditions which contribute to the development of OMA. Conditions of forming specialists OMA are represented as an aggregate of two groups of components (social and psychological- pedagogical conditions).
