Organizational and methodological support of strategic management of competitiveness of industrial enterprises

The article presents the results of research and evaluation of organizational and methodological support of strategic management of competitiveness of industrial enterprises. On the basis of an analytical review of the interpretations of the concept of “enterprise competitiveness management”, its substantive characteristics are determined, which determine the functional tasks and the choice of the organization of strategic management of the competitiveness of industrial enterprises of various sizes. The importance of methodological support of strategic management processes of an industrial enterprise is revealed. Currently, many methods are used that are used by domestic and foreign industrial enterprises to assess the level of competitiveness of the enterprise and the effectiveness of its strategic management. The choice of a certain method of assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise is carried out taking into account the strategic goals of the business and the goals of the assessment itself. All methods are interconnected and are aimed at researching individual aspects of the company’s activities, and the management staff situationally selects them, including taking into account the form of organization of strategic management of the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise. Since there is currently a wide variety of structures, processes, participants and methods of strategic management of the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise, the article also establishes the interrelationships of the elements of organizational and methodological support for the management of the competitiveness of the enterprise.
