Organizational leadership in managing activities of the internal affairs agencies leading staff

The article deals with the problem of organizational leadership within managing activities of the Internal Affairs agencies leading staff. The author analyzes the relevancy of usual administrative functions of the leading staff and managing functions of an organizational leader under conditions of present reforms in the Internal Affairs bodies.
