Organizational support of regional development strategies

The author analyzes the organizational support for the development and implementation of strategies in the Mari El Republic. The organizational support of strategizing in the Mari El Republic is carried out at a fairly high level. The traditional methodology of strategic management is used in the development of strategies, project management is used in the implementation of regional strategies. Improving the organizational support of strategic decisions is seen in the use of scenario planning methodology when designing strategies. In the face of increasing uncertainty and volatility, the scenario method is more flexible and adaptive than traditional strategic management. The effectiveness of the implementation of strategies can be significantly increased by introducing low-cost or cost-free lean technologies, stimulating the network interaction of the power-business-science triad and participation of citizens according to the model of real influence. The obtained effects will manifest themselves in reducing the period for implementing strategies and increasing labor productivity, promoting innovative solutions that meet the interests of the region's population
