Organizational-economic mechanism of involving small businesses subjects to innovative ecosystem development programs

Small enterprises have to work in a difficult economic and political environment,associated with the ongoing institutional changes in the country, lack of skills andexperience in an unstable environment. The development and improvement of theorganizational and economic mechanism for the involvement of small businessentities (SMEs) in the development of ecosystems will contribute to improving theefficiency of their activities by making fuller use of the innovative potential of smalland medium-sized businesses. The results of the study presented in the article showthat in order to ensure the interaction of state structures, scientific and technologicalsphere and the commercial component in order to solve the problem of Russia'stechnological lag from the advanced countries, it is necessary to involve smallbusinesses in the emerging ecosystems, which accumulate the experience of advancedcountries, use the monitoring of economic security in the framework of economic,scientific and technological development strategies, take into account the potentialof small and medium-sized businesses.
