The article presents a review-analytical study of the organizational aspects of deploying service infrastructure for the restoration of refrigeration equipment within the context of the modern economy. The research is based on comparative-analytical and structural-functional approaches, drawing on scientific publications addressing technical service, logistics, digital transformation, and standardization. Key stages of the organizational cycle for refrigeration equipment restoration are identified, including diagnostics, repair, post-warranty support, and digital life cycle management. A typology of existing service models - from individual formats to OEM-contract services - is presented and compared based on scalability, personnel capacity, and digital maturity. Particular attention is given to institutional barriers: spatial imbalance in service accessibility, workforce shortages, and the absence of unified standards. Promising directions for optimization include the implementation of digital tools for accounting and monitoring (QR passports, KPI for personnel), and the integration of end-to-end logistics solutions adapted from the retail sector. The necessity of adapting hybrid service organization models tailored to the specific characteristics of refrigeration equipment is substantiated. This article may be of interest to professionals in industrial service, engineers, managers, and researchers involved in the digitalization of technical processes and the development of logistics infrastructure amid technological transformation.
