Organizational factors of teachers' innovation management initial class

The article reveals the organizational factors of innovation management in an educational institution. As the main factors of successful management of innovative activities of the teaching staff, the author identifies: personal-oriented management of the teaching staff, participation of teachers in the management of an educational institution, delegation of some of their powers by the administration, development of a new position for managers, teachers of educational organizations, use of innovative management technologies, targeted management with the planned result.
