Organizational forms of opposition in the system of municipal authorities

The article deals with the necessity of opposition activity in the system of local self- government institutions. The author analyzes the main forms of such activity and comes to the conclusion on the possibility of using not only deputy groups but all forms of direct democracy in opposition activity in the system of local self-government institutions.
