Organizational and economic priorities of sheepbreeding development in the region

The article examines and proves the influence of the organizational and economic bases on the efficiency of the stable development of sheepbreeding in the region. The authors analyze the actual and prereforming state of the sheepbreeding economics in the Transbaikalian Region. It shows the impact and the importance of the sheepbreeding on the condition of the agrarian economics, social development of the rural territories and the development of the productive forces in the region. The necessity for the overcoming of the crisis in the branch is substantiated in the paper. There is a need to ensure the system approach, to elaborate the regional program of the branch development and to define for this purpose the complex of the organizational and economic mechanisms. It is offered to introduce amendments into the strategy of the regional economic development, to its agroindustrial complex and to determine the sheepbreeding development as one of the most important priorities.
