The article discusses the organizational and criminalistic foundations of the interaction of investigators and operatives at the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings. The author explores the theory of interaction of these subjects, describes the stages of interaction. The important role of the psychological side of the interaction of investigative bodies and operational crime intelligence units is noted, namely, the personality characteristics of each participant in the investigation. Special attention is paid to the tactical requirements for the cooperation of law enforcement agencies, which must be observed to achieve the main goal of interaction-the solution of a crime.
