Organizational and socio-psychological features of remote teaching of children with special needs

The paper analyses the issues of organization of the available general education for children with disabilities, particularly, the children with cerebral palsy, by application of distance learning technologies. The specificity of the social situation of such children ’s development is a negative impact on the child’s identity made by the traumatic situation associated with the physical helplessness, isolation, and due to these factors the difficulties in social adaptation. The author considers new educational opportunities provided by the remote educational technologies for children with special educational needs. The paper also describes the types of interaction between the participants of the educational process, place of these types in the training activities, and requirements to the technical solutions.
