Organizational changes in domestic business structures in the process of their interaction with universities

This article examines organizational changes arising from interactions between Russian universities and businesses. The authors present a classification of organizational changes, identifying six blocks and characterizing their content within the framework of the corporate university model. The study, which includes an analysis of Russian business cases, concludes that organizing interactions between universities and businesses based on the Сoncept of open innovation offers promising results.
