Organizational mechanisms implementation of conversion projects in the defense-industrial complex

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the share of civilian products produced by enterprises of the military-industrial complex exceeds 18%. But the potential of defense industry enterprises in the production of this type of product is immeasurably higher. After all, the defense industry uses the latest scientific achievements. On their basis, it is possible and necessary to produce goods and systems as part of the implementation of industry-wide import substitution strategies, which Russia will be able to export in the future. At the same time, the most promising industries for the implementation of conversion projects by defense industry enterprises are the production of oil and gas, energy and medical equipment, transport and machine tools, radio electronics and civilian small arms. This article provides a distribution of defense industry enterprises according to the levels of development of their specialization. For each level, a set of organizational mechanisms for the implementation of conversion projects is justified.
