Organizational mechanisms of the labour market management

The article considers mechanisms of the labour market management, particularly analyzing its functions. The authors denote that complex, system-based nature of the HR management functions on the labour market requires systemic indicators of its implementation and employment services’ close cooperation with both employees and employers.
