The article discusses the basic principles and methods of attracting personnel and their subsequent selection. The purpose of the personnel attraction process is to create a common base of possible sources of labor force, with the help of which the organization can find suitable employees at any time. The relevance of this topic is explained by the fact that the competitiveness and, consequently, the success of the organization depends on the quality of selected personnel.
