The article discusses organizational models for meeting current and future needs for labor resources in the internal and external markets. The Gazprom experience in the hybrid model deployment is described. Multiple forms of interaction with the actors of labor market are analyzed in the context of the evolution of the institutions of the external and internal labor markets in the companies of the energy sector. The efficiency of recruitment strategy is investigated.
