Organizational fundamentals of ensuring cross-functional logistics coordination

The paper considers the theoretical foundations of logistics coordination, examines the components of the cross-functional coordination of a company, and identifies areas for its improvement. A new approach to the formation of the organizational structure of the company based on polychotomy (division of the whole into many parts) is proposed; the advantages and disadvantages of this approach are identified; the main results of the transition to a polychotomic organizational system are formulated.
