Organizational features of the personality psychological well-being of workers of the construction company "Professionalstroy"

A practical study of the organizational features of the psychological well-being of the workers of the construction company "Professionalstroy" has been carried out. The conclusion was drawn from the fact that the organizational focus of psychological well-being of workers of the Construction Company PROFESSIONALSTROY consists of organizational culture, relations (between workers, between workers and management), success and satisfaction with relations with colleagues and management, job content, working conditions and achievements. The analysis showed the average level of job satisfaction and a high level of job satisfaction of the workers of the PROFESSIONALSTROY construction company.
