The organization of comrades’ courts in the Red Army in the late 1930

The article is devoted to the analysis of the organizational principles of the formation of comrades’ courts in the Workers ‘and Peasants’ Red Army in the late 1930. According to the author, these types of courts considered 3 categories of misconduct: misbehavior, violation of the statutes of the Red Army, negligent attitude to property and equipment. The penalties imposed differed significantly depending on the type of public court.
