In connection with the development of the industry of information and communication technologies, the intensive and continuous processes of consumption and updating of knowledge cause the need of realization of the continuous innovative activity of economic agents. On the stage of innovation development and implementation it require the mobilization of large funds and link with considerable risk and contributes to the formation of different forms of intercompany cooperation. The big intercompany alliances can take efforts to the fast-track of commercialization of scientific ideas and innovation activity, to bring their results to consumers faster, to explore markets and retain them to themselves. The most common form of such interaction is the cluster, which due to the internal network organization for the implementation of internal innovation and investment projects provide participants of cluster the sustainable competitive advantage in the long term.
