Taking into account the high rates of development of digital technologies and methods of their use, the transformation of the education model becomes a primary task and requires a systematic approach to its solution. This article discusses the tasks that are set by modern Russian enterprises in front of the education system. The issues of organizing ways to acquire new knowledge and skills, the content of educational programs, personalization and technology of knowledge delivery to students are becoming the most relevant. The author concludes that it is important to form a competitive environment for education that meets the needs of the employer and the student.
