Organizational stage of monitoring the readiness of a law college teacher for educational activities

The article is devoted to the current problem of determining the readiness of a college teacher for educational activities. As a research task, the author carried out the organizational stage of monitoring the readiness for educational activities of curators of educational groups of the Orenburg College of Economics and Law. The article presents a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the teaching staff, as well as a SWOT analysis of the organization of the educational process. By summarizing the results of the analysis, the author formulated recommendations for improving the management system of the educational process in college.
