Organization of the execution of activities of the municipal target program and monitor of its effectiveness

Getting information about drafting regional program (DRP) is carried out by sending a request by the Office of investment, innovation and public-private partnerships municipal mayor's office in the Department of Ulyanovsk targeted programs and priority national projects of the Ministry of Economy of the Ulyanovsk region. • -    Sent annually, prior to 1 February, the Office of investment, innovation and public-private partnership of the municipal city hall Ulyanovsk information about financing activities DRP implemented on the territory of the municipality "Ulyanovsk" in the current fiscal year, according to the Annex to the Order.[2]

On the basis of information about financing activities DRP in the territory of the municipality "Ulyanovsk" from customer management program activities of investment, innovation and public-private partnership of the municipal mayor's office in Ulyanovsk:

• -    Prepares a quarterly summary report on the implementation of DRP in the territory of the municipality "Ulyanovsk";

• -    Is at the request of state authorities of the Ulyanovsk region summary, reflecting the progress of the DRP;

• -    Provides information on the College of the City Hall of Ulyanovsk on the participation of the municipality "Ulyanovsk" in DRP operating in the territory of the municipality "Ulyanovsk".
