Federal executive government of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the issues of the system and structure of the federal executive power. The author managed to identify the functional features of the federal executive power, and also analyzed the main problematic issues and prospects for their solution. In the course of the study, it can be concluded that, despite some uncertainties in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, two main bodies of executive power - the President and the Government-successfully coexist in Russia.
