The article analyzes the activities of state authorities in the field ofprotection of the right toa favorable environment. The authors name the typesofpublic authorities involved in protecting the right to afavorable environment, analyze the practice of applying legislation in this area, and identify problems that hinder the effective implementation of measures aimed at protecting the environmental rights of citizens.
