Bodies of local self-government as a subject of municipal services

The article deals with complex public and state nature analysis of local self-government, which determines its bodies character and role of economic activities in a system of municipal services. The author reveals the reasons of low efficiency activity of local self-government and concludes that municipal services development in Russia's regions directly depends on financial and economic stability, as well as on mobility of local self-government bodies, their innovation and economic activity.
