Enforcement bodies in the Russian system of state power: evolution, state, development prospects

The article is devoted to the history of law enforcement agencies, the analysis of novelties of legislation in the field of organization of enforcement proceedings. The promising directions of development of the institution of compulsory enforcement bodies in Russia have been determined. Recommendations on optimization of the system of enforcement bodies related to the transfer of part of the powers of the FSSP of Russia to the bodies of the Rosgvardiya are formulated, the idea of creating an institution of private bailiffs is supported, a «roadmap» of the process of formation of this legal institution is developed.
