The unfavorable situation on the Russian labor market is reflected in the provision of personnel to the internal affairs agencies. The relatively low level of remuneration of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the understaffing of territorial bodies affects the moral and psychological climate in the team and the satisfaction of employees with their work activities. Solving the problems of staffing of internal affairs agencies requires the implementation of a set of measures: increasing the size of employees’ pay and wages; strengthening the moral and psychological climate in the team, developing sustainable emotional intellect; implementing innovative technologies in training personnel for the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
