Focus on psychological safety in education as a factor of development of graduate students'' Professional strategy

The article substantiates the competence-directed approach to mastering the course “Formation of Psychologically Comfortable and Safe Educational Environment" of the Graduate Studies, Program 44.04.02 Psychology and Pedagogy. The author considers the competences, which should be formed during the course. The learning content of the mentioned psychological discipline is described. The article shows the thematic content of the main units of the course and their specification, justifies their focus on the strengthening of the developmental capacity of the professional strategy of graduate students.
