Post-industrial society higher education landmarks

This article is dedicated to the problem of higher education modernization. The authors describe the peculiarities of labor and functions of workers in a post-industrial society. The article notes that contemporary work is a project environment with flexible working conditions, while the modern worker is the subject of labor, which is able to make decisions and take responsibility. The authors prove that traditional education belongs to the industrial era and is not able to prepare students for a new society. The model of advance education is substantiated as the basic conception for modernization.
